The process of buying the travel motorcycle you have been dreaming of ideally begins three months before your departure. These are the steps:

  1. Get in touch
    Via email or WhatsApp, we will determine what works best for you. You’ll receive a free and personalized quote that includes the motorcycle of your choice, RUT, paperwork, insurance, and road tax for Chile, as well as all necessary services. Finally, you’ll be asked to provide your personal information, including a passport copy, so formalities can be prepared even before your departure.
  2. Arrive in Santiago
    Once you arrive in Santiago, we will meet to review the paperwork and address any questions you might have. After your first visit to the notary, you will obtain your RUT number, which is required for the purchase.
  3. Pay for the bike
    We recommend two different options for the final payment. Preferably, you would use a dedicated international bank transfer service like “Wise” or, alternatively, bring the amount in cash (CLP).
  4. Enjoy a holiday in Santiago
    Once we have organized the RUT and completed the bike purchase, you’ll have a couple of days to explore Santiago and nearby tourist attractions while we take care of the registration, purchase of insurance, and any additional necessary paperwork.
  5. Set off into the unknown
    After a second visit to the notary to prepare for border crossings, the retrieval of your ownership documents, and the resale of the bike, you’ll be ready to start your adventure.

Alternatively, if you wish to minimize time loss and have your travel companion waiting for you on the day of your arrival, there is an option to complete the entire process remotely. This is only possible for new bikes.
