  1. Motorcycle Sales

2.1 Product Information: We offer both used and new motorcycles for sale to international travelers. All motorcycles are described on our website, including specifications, condition, and pricing.

2.2 Pricing: The prices displayed on our website are in US-Dollars. All prices are final and exclude any applicable taxes or fees. We reserve the right to update or modify product information and pricing at any time without notice.

2.3 Ordering Process: To purchase a motorcycle, you must complete the order process through one of our executives. By placing an order, you agree to pay the total amount indicated, including any applicable taxes and fees.

2.4 No Shipping: Please note that we do not offer shipping services for motorcycles. All purchases must be made in person at our physical location.

  1. Warranty and Guarantee

3.1 Warranty Exclusion: All motorcycles sold by Andes Adventure Bikes are sold “as-is” and without any warranty or guarantee, express or implied. We do not provide any warranties, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

3.2 Inspection: We recommend inspecting the motorcycle thoroughly before making a purchase. You are welcome to bring a qualified mechanic or expert to inspect the motorcycle on your behalf.

  1. Payment and Taxes

4.1 Payment: We accept payment by bank transference, cash, PayPal or Credit Card. Payments must be on time and in full according to individual Payment Plan.
We reserve the right to cancel the purchase contract in the event of late payment or failure to remit the requested amount. If the payment is not received within the specified timeframe or if the payment amount does not match the agreed-upon purchase price, Andes Adventure Bikes retains the right to terminate the contract and withhold delivery of the motorcycle until the outstanding payment is received in full. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the customer of any payment discrepancies and provide an opportunity to rectify the situation. However, failure to resolve the payment issue in a timely manner may result in the cancellation of the purchase contract at our discretion.

4.2 Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, customs fees, or other fees that may be imposed by your country’s laws or regulations.

  1. Returns and Refunds

5.1 All Sales Final: All sales of motorcycles are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

  1. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Andes Adventure Bikes shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, the purchase of motorcycles, or any activities related to the use of the purchased motorcycle.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Andes Adventure Bikes harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of our website, your purchase of motorcycles, or any violation of these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chile. Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chile.
